360° Feedback
360° Feedback is a tool which provides a complete and clear picture of personal strengths and also shown in which core competencies there is a potential for improvement. The person who receives feedback (focus person), is the focus of a group of supervisors, co-workers, colleagues as well as internal or external customers (feedback respondents). They express their perception of the focus person in the questionnaire. The focus person assesses himself in addition to the outside perception.
This comparison between outside and one´s own perception is used to reflect o one´s own behaviour. Thus the 360° Feedback of the focus person provides a comprehensive perspective of his behaviour, his effect on others and his potentials.
