Leadership development

The Management Center Vorarlberg has many years of experience in the creation of programmes for leadership development. Our expertise lies in the development and implementation of customised development programmes for managers. The goal is to qualify managers for their current, or future, requirements.

Several principles that guide us in leadership development:
